As of August 2025, I’ve cooked 100 placentas!
I was trained in Placenta Prep in December 2018. Heath and I hosted the training in our home. In the past 7 years, I’ve encapsulated 100 placentas for new mamas. I love placenta encapsulation even more today than I did that very first placenta in December 2018.

I’ve even gone as far as Maryville to cook a placenta for a repeat client.
My process: steam the placenta with ginger and lemon, dehydrate, crush, and encapsulate.
