200th childbirth class

In May 2025, I taught my 200th childbirth class. Classes number 199 and 200 were a two week class series. The first Saturday morning, we covered just general childbirth education. The following Saturday, we went over comfort measures. After that class, I hosted my community of mamas and fellow doulas to join us. We ate sourdough bread with butter and jam and drank tea. We had crafts for the mamas and babies. I made footprint and/or handprint certificates for the babies who came. Mamas bonded and told their birth stories. I had so much fun. I’m always so blown away by all the love I receive. I was on cloud 9! Thrilled with the turnout and the gifts.
